Our referral network provides Indian lawyers chance to expand their presence from their native practicing region to whole world. Be a part of our network by registering with us we will take your professional presence globally and help you get you clients . Registered lawyers will be entitled to get referred by us whenever any client needs service in his registered area and this will certainly add to your business. How It works :-Our network works simply by following points. - Lawyer enroll his details to our database by choosing appropriate membership plan .
- We verify legitimacy of membership application .
- Once verified you become part of our network !
- Now when we get a request from a member of the public to help him/her in hiring a service of a lawyer .We analyze his/her request details and passes contact of appropriate lawyers detail to that person from our database.
A confirmation of the referral is then faxed, emailed or mailed to the lawyer, depending on the lawyer’s choice. Now its up to you how to provide legal help/information to person referred to you .
Your Obligations:-This system is here to help public find best legal services and we too track experiences of persons who use our network to get a lawyer .Your registration in the Lawyer Referral network is voluntary; however you must maintain professional standards in order to remain enrolled in our Service. You have the same professional obligations to Lawyer Referral clients as to any other client.Any abuse of this service can result in termination of your membership . FAQ's
User submits his request details consisting of his contact info and case details to our database using web based form or phone .Request is then personally analyzed by our representative and then profiles of lawyers registered in our database are matched with that request .Most appropriate profile details are passed to client and a confirmation of the referral is then faxed, emailed or mailed to the lawyer. There may be a chance that more than one lawyer profile matches with clients request ! At such instances following preference will be applicable .
1.Membership plan i.e. first preference is to GOLD MEMBERS than PREMIUM MEMBERS.
2.Registration date i.e. old profile will be preferred . 3.Still if both profile are under same status then we will use lottery generator. (One who will not get his chance will be preferred in next case) . We seek contact and other private /confidential details of our clients so only qualifying lawyers will be eligible to share that data with us. We don't promise any number of clients referred to you .It totally depends upon no. of request we get according to your profile.
